These terms cover the smash list, the text messages you get if you sign up for it. Joining is entirely up to you and it is not a condition of buying anything.
No message has gone out yet. The list is open and taking sign-ups, and nothing has been sent to anybody. Your number and your consent are stored now so that when the texts do start we can show you asked for them. Everything below describes how it will work once messages begin.
When you enter your number and tick the box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Smash Time Burger Co at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. You will get one final message confirming it and then nothing further. Reply HELP to any message for help, or call the shop.
Specials, new items and the occasional heads up when something is coming out of the kitchen. We are a burger shop, not a newsletter, so this is not a daily thing.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or give up your number, tell us, because otherwise the messages follow the number rather than you.
We keep the number, the fact that you consented and the date. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone except the service that sends the messages. See the Privacy Policy.
